Find My IFU
Enter the Product SKU, GTIN, UDI or Product Description from the product label and click ‘SEARCH’ to find and download your IFU documents.
How to search for IFUs:
1. Use the following format for SKU: ‘XXXX-1’ or ‘XXXX-4’
2. GTIN: 14 characters
3. UDI Basic: 18 characters
4. Product description ie: “Fully Deflectable Operative Single Use CystoScope”
